About Barcelona Real Estate

Who we are

Barcelona Real Estate is run by a small editorial team. We compare Barcelona's real estate agents, lawyers, notaries, rental agencies and property services with public data, so buying, renting or moving here takes less guesswork.

Every list on this site is built the same way: we collect every business Google Maps shows for a category in Barcelona, place each one in its official district and neighbourhood, and rank them by their Google rating weighted by the number of reviews. Nobody pays to be listed or to rank higher.

If you tell us what you need through the form, we'll put you in touch with professionals from the directory.

What this site is

Barcelona Real Estate is an independent directory, in English, Spanish and Catalan, of the 3,067 businesses you deal with when you buy, rent, sell or move in Barcelona: estate agents, real estate lawyers, notaries, gestorías, mortgage brokers, rental and coliving operators, property managers, relocation agencies, architects and movers.

It is not a property portal: there are no listings for sale or rent here. It helps you choose who to work with. Here is exactly how the lists are built and ranked.
